Troubleshooting

My Site is in pending status, what does it mean?

'Pending' means that your site is waiting to be reviewed. The review process takes 1 to 3 business days. Initial optimizations will be applied to all pending sites before they are accepted as'Trial' sites. Please note that you may not obtain the ad code until your site is approved to'Trial' status. An email will be sent to notify you once your site is accepted into'Trial' status; you may obtain your ad code from your Get Code area then.

My site is still in trial after 3 days, when will it become active?

How long it takes for a site to change to active status depends solely on site performance. However, please do not worry too much about the trial status as it serves similar functions as active account. Ads will be delivered to your site and you can begin generating income. The status is only for our purpose of monitoring site performance.

Can a suspended site be reactivated?

If your site is suspended for one or more of the following reason(s), please contact your account manager for review once it meets our requirements. Please review information on http://clicksor.com/publishers_agreement.php before submitting your site again.
