How does Clicksor detect invalid clicks? |

Clicksor's advanced advertising technology analyzes every click and impression to determine whether they are quality clicks or artificially generated. The system will automatically identify and filter all invalid traffic in real time based on the visit patterns. To ensure the accuracy of the validation system, our traffic control team will examine all the traffic on a daily basis. Any suspicious traffic will be removed and credited back to your account. |

Can I see how many suspicious click(s) my campaign generated? |

Yes, when you generate a report to your campaign you are able to see how many suspicious click(s) the campaign generated which is located at the left hand side of the browser called'Suspicious Clicks'. |

Will you still charge me for clicks if my URL is inaccessible? |
||
|
Yes, we will not be able to tell if your URL is inaccessible therefore all clicks will still be charge. You can always login to your account and pause the campaign if you know that your URL will be inaccessible due to server upgrades etc. |

How do I report suspicious clicks? |

We do have a click validation system to detect and filter out suspicious clicks. However if you believe that your campaign is receiving suspicious click, please contact your account manager. We will investigate the suspicious click activity on a case by case basis. To help us speeds up the process please provide us with the following information:
