Signing Up Troubleshooting

 

How do I sign in to Clicksor?

 

You can go back to your email in which we've sent you your login information with the login URL. You can also sign in to your via through your district's homepage. (Please note: to determine your district please look at the first value of your advertiser account which is either 100/101/102)

 

How come I cannot sign in to my account?

 

Please make sure you are signing in within your district network. To find out what your district is, you will notice three sets of number to your advertiser account; the first value is your district number.

Other reasons:

  • Correct password the password is case sensitive, so make sure your are entering your password correctly
  • Extra spaces in your login please make sure that there are no extra spaces to your account ID or password

If you're still having login troubles please go to'Forgot your ID or password?' you will be prompt to enter your email address that you've signed up the account with and your login information will be sent to you shortly.

 

What is my district number?

 

To find out what your district is, you will notice three sets of number to your advertiser account; the first value is your district number.

Does Daylight Saving Time affect my account statistics?

 

All the statistics will correspond to the Eastern Standard Time (EST)

 

What if I forgot my account ID or my password?

 

When you forget your account ID or your password go to the login page and go to'Forgot your ID or password?', you will be prompt to enter your email address that you've signed up the account with and your login information will be sent to you shortly.

 

What is a security password?

 

The additional password is a security feature that Clicksor provides you with enhanced protection when you advertise with us. By providing the additional confirmation of your identity gives you even greater protection against unauthorized individuals trying to log into your account.

 

How do I get a promotional code?

 

From time to time special promotional codes will be email to you via our newsletter or provided within the announcement area within your advertiser's account you can redeem the offer when you go to your payment page.

 

Who is my account manager?

 

Once you login to your account you will see who your account manager is at the second box to the right of the screen, called'Account Manager'. You can also engage in a live chat with your account manager by clicking on the Live Support icon within the box.

 

I need help what should I do?

 

If you need help you can send us a trouble ticket, email your account manager or go on live support:

To send a trouble ticket:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Support' tab and in the box located at the top left of the screen called'Account Support' you can click on Submit new ticket
  • 3. Type your message and submit the ticket.

To send an email to your account manager:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Support' tab and in the box located at the top right of the screen called'Account Manager' and you can copy and paste the email into your email browser to send them a message

To engage in a live chat with your account manager:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Support' tab and in the box located at the top right of the screen called'Account Manager' you can click on the Live Support Icon
  • 3. Fill in your department, name and email so we can better assist you
  • 4. Click on submit
