How do I view or update my email and password?

 

You can view or update your email and password under'My Account' when you login to your Clicksor Account.

To edit your email address:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'My Account' tab and you will see your account information, under the email feel free to change the email to a new one
  • 3. Update your information.

To change your password:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'My Account' tab and on the quick menu on left side of the page, click on'Change Password'
  • 3. Type in your old password, and type in your new password and confirm the new password
  • 4. Go to'Change' to update your password.
 

How come I cannot sign in to my account?

 

Please make sure you are signing in within your district network. To find out what your district is, you will notice three sets of number to your advertiser account, the first value is your district number.

Other reasons:

  • Correct password:the password is case sensitive, so make sure your are entering your password correctly
  • Extra spaces in your login:please make sure that there are no extra spaces to your account ID or password

If you're still having login troubles please go to'Forgot your ID or password?' you will be prompt to enter your email address that you've signed up the account with and your login information will be sent to you shortly.

 

What if I forgot my account ID or my password?

 

When you forget your account ID or your password go to the login page and go to'Forgot your ID or password?', you will be prompt to enter your email address that you've signed up the account with and your login information will be sent to you shortly.

 

How do I close my account?

 

To cancel your account

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'My Account' tab, then click on Cancel Account under the Account Management links on the left menu
  • 3. Check the box when it ask you'Are you sure you want to cancel this account?' and click on'Yes'
 

How do I contact a representative from Clicksor?

 

You can always go to our contact page to contact a Clicksor representative, or fill out our inquiry form where a Clicksor representative will get back to you promptly within the business day.

How do I edit or update my account information?

How do I reactivate my account?

 

If you just stop using Clicksor for a while your account is still active so you can sign in and start using Clicksor again.

If you've asked your account manager to cancel your account you would need to contact your account manager to reactivate your account.

 

How do I disable the system emails?

 

To keep you inform about your account status there will be system emails sent to you, you can disable such notifications by:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'My Account' tab and you will see your account information, go to the very bottom of the page and uncheck the box'Receive system notification email.
  • 3. Update your information.
