You can view or update your email and password under'My Account' when you login to your Clicksor Account. To edit your email address:

How come I cannot sign in to my account? |

Please make sure you are signing in within your district network. To find out what your district is, you will notice three sets of number to your advertiser account, the first value is your district number. Other reasons:
If you're still having login troubles please go to'Forgot your ID or password?' you will be prompt to enter your email address that you've signed up the account with and your login information will be sent to you shortly. |

How do I reactivate my account? |

If you just stop using Clicksor for a while your account is still active so you can sign in and start using Clicksor again. If you've asked your account manager to cancel your account you would need to contact your account manager to reactivate your account. |
