The top 5 bid cost indicate what the eCPX other advertisers are bidding, this will provide you with more information so you can decide what rates you would like to bid at. |

What is current cost? |

The current cost is the rate that you are actually paying. You will be paying one cent below the next bidder under you in the priority list. |

Why am I being charged for more than my daily budget on some days? |

Depending on the daily limit you've set and the campaign cost metrics, on some days your campaign may be spending on over your daily limit set due to fast delivery of your ads. Due to the fast delivery and the low daily limit our system will be able to stop the campaign once your daily limit is reached as there are some system delay and user traffic fluctuate |

How do I know how much will my daily spend for the campaign is? |

The cost of your campaign on a daily basis will be dependent on the keywords, channels and the geographic location of your campaign. The more broad the targeting of your campaign the more money will expect to spend, the more narrow the targeting the lesser the cost as the traffic is more targeted. You can always set a daily limit on your campaign to keep the campaign under your budget. To change your daily limit of your campaign:

There are several factors that can contribute to your campaign delivery not reaching the daily limit. Is your daily limit reasonable? Is your campaign too narrowly defined? |

How is my daily budget distributed? |

Clicksor tries to spread out your daily budget so that you get visitors to your site throughout 24 Hrs, we have implemented algorithms to spread out your budget. But depending on the daily budget you've set for your campaign, the campaign may already exceed its daily limit before it reach the afternoon hours. |

What is'exceed limit'? |

Your campaign status will change from active to exceed limit when your campaign's daily limit is reached. |

How come my report indicates I'm paying for a higher rate then the amount I set? |

How do I keep my campaign funded at all times? |

Clicksor is based on an auction model, which means that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. All the keywords and categories that you would like your ad to be targeted for will indicate the top 5 average rate other advertisers is bidding and from the information you can decide what bidding rate you would for the specific targeting. |

What are minimum bids? |

Since Clicksor is based on an auction model, which means that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. To provide our publishers with a guarantee rates we have established minimum rates that advertisers need to pay. For cost per click (CPC) the minimum bidding rate is $0.10 per click, cost per thousand impressions (CPM) the minimum bidding rate is $0.50 per cpm and for cost per visitor (CPV) the minimum biding rate is $0.004 per visit. |
