How do I know my rank for a particular keyword or channel?

 

To find out your rank:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Listing' tab and go to'Keywords list/channel list' and under the Rank column you will see your current rank

You will only see your ranking once your campaign is active; also if you just make a revision of the bid give the system some time to update the information. Return to the page to find out your rank shortly.

 

What is the Top 5 Bid cost?

 

The top 5 bid cost indicate what the eCPX other advertisers are bidding, this will provide you with more information so you can decide what rates you would like to bid at.

 

What is current cost?

 

The current cost is the rate that you are actually paying. You will be paying one cent below the next bidder under you in the priority list.

 

Why am I being charged for more than my daily budget on some days?

 

Depending on the daily limit you've set and the campaign cost metrics, on some days your campaign may be spending on over your daily limit set due to fast delivery of your ads. Due to the fast delivery and the low daily limit our system will be able to stop the campaign once your daily limit is reached as there are some system delay and user traffic fluctuate

 

How do I know how much will my daily spend for the campaign is?

 

The cost of your campaign on a daily basis will be dependent on the keywords, channels and the geographic location of your campaign. The more broad the targeting of your campaign the more money will expect to spend, the more narrow the targeting the lesser the cost as the traffic is more targeted.

You can always set a daily limit on your campaign to keep the campaign under your budget.

To change your daily limit of your campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'Daily limit' and change your daily campaign spending accordingly
 

How come the campaign delivery is not reaching my daily limit?

 

There are several factors that can contribute to your campaign delivery not reaching the daily limit.

Is your daily limit reasonable?

Is your campaign too narrowly defined?

 

How is my daily budget distributed?

 

Clicksor tries to spread out your daily budget so that you get visitors to your site throughout 24 Hrs, we have implemented algorithms to spread out your budget. But depending on the daily budget you've set for your campaign, the campaign may already exceed its daily limit before it reach the afternoon hours.

 

What is'exceed limit'?

 

Your campaign status will change from active to exceed limit when your campaign's daily limit is reached.

 

How come my report indicates I'm paying for a higher rate then the amount I set?

 

Review and make sure you've set all your targeting to the amount you want, sometimes you might forget to change your bidding rate. Remember to check all your keywords and channels.

To change your keywords to the rate you want:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Listing' tab and go to'Keywords list' and review your biddings, you can revise your bidding by re-entering the amount and hit'copy to all' to change all the bidding rates for the page.

To change your channels to the rate you want:

  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Listing' tab and go to'Channel list' and review your biddings, you can revise your bidding by re-entering the amount and hit'copy to all' to change all the bidding rates for the page.

To change your daily limit of your campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.

  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'Daily limit' and change your daily campaign spending accordingly
 

How do I keep my campaign funded at all times?

 

If you have funds in your account you can set your campaign so that when the campaign reaches low balance it will automatically transfer funds from your account to your campaign only when your account is funded.

To automatically transfer funds from your account to your campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'Credit Campaign' under the'When the campaign balance is low, transfer the following amount from my advertiser account if there are available funds:' enter the amount you wish to enter every time your campaign run out of funds and click'transfer'
 

How do I keep my account funded at all time?

 

You can auto recharge your account but you will need to pay via credit card.

To activate the auto recharge feature:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Deposit Funds' quick menu links on the left
  • 3. Select Auto Recharge under the payment option and choose credit card under the payment method and hit next
 

How do I funds my campaign?

 

To fund the campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'fund' to fund your campaign.
  • 4. Enter the amount you would like to fund and go to submit
 

How do you take funds from your campaign?

 

To remove funds from your campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'fund' to fund your campaign.
  • 4. Enter the amount you would like to deduct and add a minus sign in front of it then go to submit
 

What is an auction model?

 

Clicksor is based on an auction model, which means that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. All the keywords and categories that you would like your ad to be targeted for will indicate the top 5 average rate other advertisers is bidding and from the information you can decide what bidding rate you would for the specific targeting.

 

What are minimum bids?

 

Since Clicksor is based on an auction model, which means that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. To provide our publishers with a guarantee rates we have established minimum rates that advertisers need to pay. For cost per click (CPC) the minimum bidding rate is $0.10 per click, cost per thousand impressions (CPM) the minimum bidding rate is $0.50 per cpm and for cost per visitor (CPV) the minimum biding rate is $0.004 per visit.

 

What are maximum bids?

 

Clicksor is based on an auction model, which means that you are bidding with other advertisers over the frequency you would like your ad to be displayed. The higher you bid, the higher the placement or the frequency your ad will appear. There are no pre-set maximum rates; the maximum rate is the rate that you feel comfortable paying.

 

Can I get a receipt?

 

You are able to get a receipt in your account after you submit your payment.

To print your receipt:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Report' tab and click on payment history to view your payment transaction
  • 3. Select the date range of the transaction(s) you would like a receipt for and click on submit
  • 4. Beside every deposit that you make, you should see a'Get Receipt' in the Receipt column
  • 5. Double click the'Get Receipt' part to view the receipt
  • 6. To print you can use ctrl+p
