What is campaign optimization?

 

Campaign optimization is the process of improving a campaign performance, as measured against the campaign's target goals such as the conversion rate.

 

How can campaign optimization benefit me?

 

Campaign optimization can maximize your return on investment (ROI), when you have conversion data available you can make more informed choices on your online purchasing decisions. You can also optimize your campaign so that your marketing campaign is performing within your return on investment (ROI) goal.

 

What are the types of pixel codes that I can implement?

 

Pixel codes are a set of code that you can implement onto your website's key page(s) to track the conversion rate of your campaigns

To get your pixel codes:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'ROI Tracking' and select the type of pixel you would like to implement and go to generate code

There are 5 types of pixel codes that you can implement

Type of conversions you would like to track Examples for code insertion pages
Purchase/Sales – track how many users purchased from the campaign The page after the payment is submitted
Signup – track how many users signed up for your service The sign up confirmation page
PageView – track how many times users have landed on a single page that's important to your business The key page user is landed
Lead – track how many users requested follow up calls for more information The page after the leading action is performed
Others – an addition code that allow you track anything that is not listed here Your choice
 

What if I need secure pixel code(s)?

 

If you need secure pixel code(s) because your page is secured, you can simply add a's' after the http in the pixel code to make a secure pixel code(s).

 

How many pixel codes can I implement?

 

You can implement as many pixel codes you like.

 

Do I need a different pixel code to track different conversions?

 

Yes, you would need to generate different pixel code to track each type of conversion and place them on appropriate pages.

 

What is conversion value?

 

When you extract the pixel code for your campaign you will also have to enter a value, this value is for you to track the conversions. You can input the number that each conversion is worth for you and in our reports you will be able to see the campaigns ROI and conversion calculation compared to the campaign spending to provide you with more clarity of the performance of your campaign.
