Campaign Administration

 

How do I edit or update my campaign information?

 

To edit or update your campaign:

1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.

2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster. Once you found your campaign double click it to enter the campaign area.

3. Please go to the following sections to make the appropriate changes:

a) Under the'Listing' Tab

  • i. My Ads: create or modify your advertisements (please note that your campaign will be on pending when you change your URL. Please notify your account manager to approve your campaign again.)
  • ii. Keyword List: manage your keywords;
  • iii. Channel List: manage your channels;
  • iv. Site List: manage site listing

b) Under the'Settings' Tab

  • i. Credit campaign: transfer funds to the campaign to keep it running
  • ii. Daily Limit: the amount you want to spend per day
  • iii. Pause/resume campaign: you can temporary pause the campaign or restart it
  • iv. Traffic Network: choose the network to deliver your ads
  • v. Geo-target: select the country targeting for your campaign
  • vi. Unique IP Cap: the hour range that you do not want the same IP visitors seeing your ad
  • vii. ROI Tracking: allows you to access your pixel code to track your ROI for campaign optimization purposes.

Note: Advertisers are responsible for any campaign settings update/change. Please feel free to contact your account manager first if there are any uncertainties.

 

How do I create a new campaign?

 

1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.

2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu go to'Create new campaign'

3. Choose your cost metrics, enter your campaign name and set the maximum bid price for your keywords

4. Upload your ads/creative/URL

5. Select the country target

6. Input your keywords and select the channel target

7. Fund your campaign

8. Adjust daily cap and unique frequency cap.

9. You will receive a confirmation that the campaign is created

 

What is account fund?

 

Account funds are the funds in your account available for you to transfer to different campaigns.

 

What is campaign reserved fund?

 

Campaign reserved funds are funds that are unused and you've allocated to your campaign(s).

 

How come there are funds in my account but my campaign say'low balance'?

 

You would need to allocate your account funds to your campaign.

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'fund' to fund your campaign.
 

What are deleted campaigns?

 

Deleted campaigns are campaigns that you've remove, once the campaign is deleted it cannot be re-activated. Please make sure you really want to delete the campaign before pressing the delete button, otherwise pausing the campaign will also make the campaign inactive in the mean time.

To pause your campaign:

  • 1.Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2.Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'Pause/resume campaign' and click on the pause button

Note: You can not pause your campaign when it's status shows Exceed limit or Low Balance. Please adjust the daily spending cap to re-activate the campaign first then pause again.

 

How do I delete my campaign?

 

To delete your campaign:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'delete' to delete your campaign.
 

What does expired campaigns mean?

 

Expired campaigns means that the fund in your campaign has ran out and the status of the campaign is'Low Balance'.

To reactivate the campaign you can simply fund the campaign by:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'fund' to fund your campaign.
 

What are inactive campaigns?

 

Inactive campaigns will list all the campaigns that are current not active, this may include low balance and pause campaigns.

To reactivate your low balance campaigns:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Once you found your campaign go to the'Action' Tab and go to'fund' to fund your campaign.

To reactivate your pause campaigns:

  • 1. Sign in to your Clicksor account.
  • 2. Click on the'Campaigns' tab and you will see your campaign list, and on the left you will see a quick link menu to help you find your campaign faster.
  • 3. Double click your campaign to enter your campaigns area
  • 4. Go to the'Settings' tab and go to'Pause/resume campaign' and click on the resume button
 

What are active campaigns?

 

Active campaigns are the campaigns that shows status of'active' which means it's delivering traffic.
